Supervision of Students and Volunteers

Little Bloomers Childcare Centre welcomes students and volunteers as valuable contributors to our childcare programs. Their participation enhances the learning environment and provides hands-on experience in early childhood education. All students and volunteers work under direct supervision of staff, follow centre policies and individualized plans, and are never left alone with children. Through structured guidance and mentorship, they gain professional skills while supporting the daily operation and quality of our programs.
